To achieve our vision, we work with others to eliminate discrimination and build a stronger community that respects and promotes human rights and equal opportunity and by doing this we remove barriers of Social Isolation.
Purpose
Itiki sporting club of Glenroy provides a safe and positive environment for youth and families to learn more about themselves in a positive way through sport, peer interaction and educational programs. The organisation creates opportunities for emotional growth and community awareness. It gives children, youth and families opportunities to grow self-esteem, build self- confidence, life skills and to excel in lifelong learning and endeavours.
Goals and Objectives
Itiki sporting club of Glenroy provides young people and families with positive role models, promotes their self-esteem and supports and helps the integration of these young people into the larger community.

Mission Statement
Itiki sporting club of Glenroy’s mission is to provide an accepting environment for young people and families who are disengaged from the local community. We encourage and support youth by re-directing them off the streets, supporting them to be involved in sports as well as engaging them back into education or employment. By encouraging and engaging young people and their families to get involved in the community through the uses of sport and cultural workshops. We are developing a pathway to enhance the personal growth of young people and families by increasing community awareness and acceptance of one’s self and others.
